4 Reason Why Customer NOT Love Your Cutting. Uwekkkkkk!!!

From giving a new twist to your hair cutting style, to create the great hairstyle like hair tattoo style, Do Re Mi Crew is still the best in making your hair look beautiful and gorgeous. This is because we are the best in what we are doing. This is the only reason why our customer becomes loyal to us. In some cases, we are known as a repairer where we repair the wrong haircut by other hairstylist. By repairing other hairstylist haircut make us the Guru of the hairstyle.

You don’t need to be a perfectionist in this haircut arena because not everyone is perfect. Even we are the best in this arena, I personally always make mistake in cutting customer hair. But my conversion rate of the satisfied and the unsatisfied customer is 200:1. This means, in 200 people I cut, maybe, just maybe one of them are not satisfied.
There are a reason why actually customer not loving your cutting and to be frank to you, the reason is actually the basic reason that you can solve easily if you want it to.

Here is the 4 reason why customer NOT loves your cutting and will NOT come back for you to cut their hair again.

1.       You NOT give 100% focus when you cut – Always do your best in whatever you do. The sincerity of the hairstylist can be seen by the customer easily. If you are not giving 100% focus, it will be shown on the haircut that you made. The hair design that you make will be disaster. That is not good. So guys, always do the best in haircut.

2.       NOT making a contact with customer – By being more talkative will make you a better hairstylist than others. Talk to the customer make the customer feels welcome and friendly. Get along with you customer. Tell a good story so that your customer will be your friend. As for my experience, I once cut one of the customers. I like to talk to her and now we become friend. What happen sometime he come to my salon not to cut hair but actually he just want to say hi and talk to me. As a result, he becomes the permanent customer where he will not cut at other place except at my salon.

3.       NOT always be there for the customer – Sacrifice is something that is needed if you want to be a very successful hairstylist. What I mean is you going to be there for your customer. In anytime needed, you must always have a time for your customer to cut their hair when he wanted it to. Even if you are so busy and even cannot cut his hair on that day, you must going to make a good reason to tell him and don’t even thinking to let that customer to cut with other hairstylist. So to make the loyal customer, you need to sacrifice and always fulfil what the customer wants.

4.       You only have a limited knowledge about hairstyle– In order to make your permanent customer; you must know everything about hairstyle. Each of the hairstyle has their own technique to cut it. Therefore you need to master the entire haircut. In order for you to learn it, first you need to focus on your own style. What kind of hairstyle suit for you? Which hairstyle that you see look beautiful from you view? See it, focus to it and remember it and then apply it to your customer hair. 

Everyone have a different point of view about hairstyle. Every one of us have a different definition about beautiful. So in order to make a beautiful hairstyle, you need to see many of hairstyle and select which one is suit with your eye. As for me, I have my own style and I proud of it. When I cut the customer hair, I cut with my style. Not the customer point of view. (I’m not told the customer how I cut). As I cut my own style, customer always satisfied with the style that I done. It is because my style of cutting it a little different with other even though the style that the customer wanted is actually the same. 

Like example the customer wants to cut smart cut. My smart cut style is different from others hairstylist. My style is smarter than others. With the adding skill that I show, make the hairstyle look more beautiful. That my secret.
